Furniture Delivery, Returns & Warranty Information

DELIVERY


Please read this information carefully. If you have any questions, please call us on 01273 921689 before placing your order.

  • Delivery is only available to mainland UK . Orders placed for delivery to NI or any islands off the mainland will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Delivery of these items will be via a wooden pallet weighing between 50kg and 100kg depending on the set purchased.
  • Due to its weight, we recommend 2-3 people take delivery to move the furniture. 
  • Our delivery partner will contact you to inform you of delivery and will take 5-10 working days from when the order is placed.
  • Please ensure you include both telephone number and email address on the order to allow this.
  • Delivery will take place Monday - Friday only between 8am - 8pm (we are unable to guarantee a delivery time / delivery slot).
  • If you miss the arranged delivery date and do not rearrange the delivery, you will be liable for the cost of the delivery to your address and the return delivery to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refund.
  • The delivery company will deliver the furniture to the ground floor roadside, outside the delivery address only and will be unable to deliver it past this point.
  • It is the customers responsibility to dispose of the delivery pallet.
  • If you order other items within the same order, these will be delivered separately from the furniture. 

RETURNS

Please read this information carefully. If you have any questions, please call us on 01273 921689 before placing your order.

  • Returns will only be accepted by informing us of your intention to return within 14 days of the delivery date. We must then receive the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All returns must be authorised and arranged by the customer by calling 01273 921689.
  • It is the customers responsibility to cover the costs of the return and ensure it arrives at our warehouse safely.
  • You will have to be present for the return pick-up and this will take place Monday-Friday between 8am - 8pm (we are unable to guarantee/provide a pick-up time).
  • Returns must be received in new, unused / unopened condition with all packaging intact, otherwise a refund will not be issued.

OUTDOOR FURNITURE WARRANTY

Furniture frames

Aluminium framed products are covered for a period of 5 years from date of purchase against manufacturing defects including; 

  • Welds failing
  • Rusting of frames

Steel framed products are covered for a period of 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing defects including;

  • Welds failing
  • Rusting of frames

The warranty does not cover bent frames or similar issues due to misuse of any furniture products.

Wicker is covered for a period of 5 years for use in the UK mainland for wicker failing due to UV light damage whereby the wicker fades or becomes brittle. Wicker issues in the first year are covered for repair at the customers address. Wicker issues thereafter would have to be returned to our warehouse for assessment and any repair. The cost of returning the item would be at the customers expense.

Coasters and mats should be used for glass tops to prevent solar magnification. 

Cushions

Cushions are covered for a period of 12 months against;

  • Stitching failing
  • Excessive fading of fabric

Cushions should be removed from furniture when not in use as fabric is covered for up to 500 hours UV resistance.
